INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Please check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping and redelivery costs.  Haus of Gems is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. 

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Haus of Gems cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is secure. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
